Shipping policy

 

All shipping charges paid are non-refundable. 

We do also offer expedited shipping methods. 

We use UPS Ground, and USPS, either First Class Mail or Priority Mail.  Fed Ex is available at the customer’s expense.

NOTE: UPS does not ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes - if you submit an order to ship to a P.O. Box using UPS, we will contact you for a physical address and hold your order until provided. 

All orders ship within 1 week (7 days).  

We offer expedited shipping to get you your order fast, but these shipments are at your expense. On all expedited shipments, the cost is determined based on destination zip code and either the actual weight of the box or the dimensional weight (size of the box), whichever is higher. The website will calculate your expedited shipping charges upon check out.

We do offer international shipping as well.  Rates will be displayed on the check out screen.  

We do ship to Alaska & Hawaii.  These orders will ship via USPS, either First Class or Priority.  The website will calculate approx. shipping charges and you will be billed at the time of purchase.  Occasionally, the web estimates can be incorrect, in which case you will be notified of additional charges prior to shipping.  We will not ship these orders until we have approval from the customer that the additional fees are accepted.
