Collection: Historical Landmark Series

Department 56's Historical Landmark Series is made up of detailed models of famous buildings. The series began in 1997 with the Tower of London, a five-piece lighted set that the company introduced as the first grouping in the series. Later pieces added Big Ben in 1998, Buckingham Palace, and the Royal Observatory. The series reaches across the Atlantic too, with Independence Hall in the Heritage Village collection, so collectors can add American history to a village as well.
